Strong Middle / Senior Symfony Full-Stack Developer

Lytvynov Production is seeking a Strong Middle or Senior Symfony Full-Stack Developer for a long-term project with a Miami-based partner. You'll develop and maintain a custom CRM system handling lead management, merchant onboarding, equipment tracking, and banking integrations.

• Develop and maintain a custom CRM system for lead capture and processing
• Classify qualified leads as merchants and manage merchant onboarding workflows
• Track and manage equipment statuses (leased or sold)
• Implement role-based access control and sales bonus systems
• Handle payment distribution between team members
• Integrate with banking systems using bi-directional integration
• Work with legacy codebase and implement ongoing development and scaling
• Collaborate with QA Engineer, Project Manager, and fellow developer

• Strong hands-on experience with Symfony (full development cycle)
• Comfortable working across backend and frontend technologies
• Experience with legacy codebases
• Solid Docker experience (deployment & troubleshooting)
• AWS experience (EC2, SSH access, basic environment configuration)
• Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Twig, jQuery, JavaScript, and Webpack
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English
• Proactive, motivated, and flexible mindset
• Strong communication skills with consistent daily task updates and progress reports
• Fully dedicated to the project with no parallel commitments

Schedule: Long-term collaboration with full project involvement. 4-day work week option available for Senior-level developers.

Location: Remote collaboration with Miami-based partner.

Team: 2 Symfony Full-Stack Developers, 1 QA Engineer, 1 Project Manager.

Requirements: Daily meetings and ad-hoc calls as needed.
