Junior Project Manager
Summary
The Next Rodeo is a fast-growing, full-service creative agency headquartered in downtown West Palm Beach. The Junior Project Manager is an on-site, hands-on role focused on keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and deliverables moving from ideas to execution.
What you'll do
Provide hands-on support to the Senior Project Manager to ensure projects remain aligned with strategic objectives.
Own and manage project schedules by tracking daily tasks, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting timelines to stay ahead of deadlines.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare clear agendas, and document actionable next steps.
Serve as a point of contact for the team, ensuring access to necessary information and assets.
Monitor progress of assigned outputs to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time.
Requirements
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and help bring structure to day-to-day project flow.
No prior experience required; must be eager to learn and comfortable being hands-on from day one.
Preferred (bonus): Current college junior (or beyond) studying Marketing, Communications, English, or a similar field; role may qualify as an internship.
