Senior Data Analyst (f/m/d)

adjoe is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to contribute to high-impact projects by bridging business ideas with technical solutions. The role involves building reliable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and providing data-driven recommendations to drive operational improvements and business strategies.

• Contribute to high-impact projects and tackle complex data problems alongside the team
• Help build reliable data pipelines using tools like dbt and Airflow to create clean, automated data layers
• Design and manage scalable data collection and validation processes with systematic cleansing and monitoring
• Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
• Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide analytical support
• Present data-driven recommendations to drive operational improvements and optimize processes
• Evaluate SDK-side experiments and A/B tests to support feature rollouts
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
• Stay updated with latest tools, techniques, and industry trends in data analytics

• Experience: 5+ years in data analysis or related fields with demonstrated progression; AdTech ecosystem experience highly preferred; proven mentorship experience with junior and mid-level analysts
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, or related discipline with strong mathematics foundation
• Advanced SQL: Mastery of Window Functions, CTEs, and nested JSON/Map types; expert optimization of heavy Trino (Athena) operations for 5TB+ daily data volumes
• Statistical Knowledge: Advanced statistical concepts for modeling and forecasting; Python proficiency for A/B test evaluation (Power Analysis, P-values, Bayesian methods)
• Complex Data Manipulation: Python expertise for memory-efficient data transformation and scalable analytics pipelines
• Domain Expertise: Track record of identifying business blind spots and independently executing projects that improve efficiency or revenue in AdTech
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for complex technical findings
• Analytics Engineering (Big Plus): Experience with dbt or similar tools and Airflow or similar automation tools
