AI-First Full-Stack Engineer (Golang, any frontend tech, Claude Code)

DOIT Software is seeking an AI-First Full-Stack Engineer to build features end-to-end using Claude Code and modern technologies like Golang and Svelte. This is a long-term, fully remote position where you'll own complete features from specs through deployment, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development.

• Own features end-to-end: from specifications to deployment to bug fixes
• Use Claude Code to generate SvelteKit frontend and Golang backend code
• Review AI-generated output for quality and architectural fit
• Fix bugs to understand the codebase, then rapidly build new features
• Make quick decisions on what to build, buy, or generate with AI
• Communicate with customers when they report issues and ship fixes same-day
• Build platform features, tooling, multi-agent systems, internal UIs, B2B dashboards, and B2C web apps

• 5+ years full-stack engineering experience (or really strong 4-year candidates considered)
• Mandatory: proven experience with Claude Code or similar agentic AI tools (Cursor, Windsurf)
• Strong backend experience with Go (primary requirement)
• Strong frontend experience with SvelteKit (or other modern frontend frameworks)
• Broad architectural knowledge of modern full-stack applications
• Ability to spot subtle bugs in AI-generated code quickly
• Strong Upper-intermediate or Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent spoken English and reliable internet for daily video calls
• Ownership mentality with focus on elegant, simple, high-quality solutions
• Product mindset with understanding of business context
