Business Analyst

Summary

Innovation Systems is a leading cloud-based business management platform serving the green industry with CRM, scheduling, GPS tracking, and analytics tools. We're seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements, create technical specifications, and support AI integrations for our growing team of 80+ professionals.

What you'll do

Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders; create specifications, diagrams, and mockups in Figma; collaborate with developers and QA on task descriptions and implementation; plan and prioritize features in the backlog; conduct competitor and SaaS/CRM market research; define requirements for AI integrations (OpenAI, assistants, automation); configure improvements for the AI bot; prepare and maintain technical/business requirement documents throughout the development lifecycle; contribute to problem-solving and other BA tasks.

Requirements

4+ years of Business Analyst experience (2+ years SaaS/CRM product experience preferred); B2-C1 English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication; proven experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and technical specifications; hands-on experience with Figma, diagramming tools, and Jira; understanding of AI/ChatGPT API principles; practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to work with databases and basic SQL understanding; basic programming knowledge (PHP or other languages preferred).
