Android Developer (streaming)

United Tech is building a top-5 live-streaming platform connecting 400K+ monthly active users globally. We are seeking an Android Developer to join our engineering team and help expand into new markets while enhancing content quality and rolling out impactful features. You will develop scalable, high-performance Android applications using modern technologies and best engineering practices.

• Develop and maintain a high-performance Android application using modern development approaches
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to building scalable application architecture
• Work on improving user experience and key product metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Android, backend, design, product) during ideation, design, and feature development
• Take part in code reviews and share best engineering practices within the team

• 2+ years of experience in native Android development
• Strong practical experience with Kotlin
• Hands-on experience with Coroutines and Flow
• Strong proficiency in Jetpack Compose
• Experience working with multi-module projects
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK
• Solid knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and MVI/MVVM patterns
• Strong focus on writing high-quality, clean, and testable code
• Experience with Dagger 2 / Hilt
• Practical experience with third-party libraries such as Room, Retrofit, OkHttp, Glide, etc.
• Intermediate English or higher
• Plus: Strong interest in modern software development trends, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile application performance optimization
