BI Analyst (Tableau)

A-Players is seeking a BI Analyst to join their data team and transform complex data into actionable insights for real business decisions. In this role, you will work with Tableau and BigQuery to design dashboards supporting product, marketing, and growth teams while ensuring data quality and reliability.

• Work with marketing data including attribution, unit economics, and advertising channel performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams, product managers, and data analysts
• Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting
• Validate and prepare data for reporting from raw data sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or Analytics Engineer
• Experience with web-based products and performance marketing data
• Experience working with raw and semi-processed data including validation and cleanup
• Proficiency building dashboards for business users
• Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Advanced SQL skills including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization
• BigQuery experience with large datasets and cost optimization understanding
• Strong Tableau skills with interactive dashboards, calculated fields, and LOD expressions
• Git/GitHub proficiency with code versioning and pull requests
• Basic understanding of ETL/ELT processes
