Investment Banking Experienced Analyst

Hudson Murray is an independent advisory firm specializing in the Consumer and Technology sectors, providing strategic M&A advisory services to private companies. The Investment Banking Experienced Analyst role supports clients through the M&A process by delivering modeling, analysis, valuations, and presentation materials to inform strategic decisions.

• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Conduct in-depth financial, company, and market analyses to support strategic recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and client-facing materials.
• Support clients throughout M&A processes and transaction execution.
• Perform and coordinate due diligence activities.
• Provide insights and analysis to support critical business decisions.

• Experience in M&A or relevant investment banking roles (required).
• Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and market trends.
• Experience with due diligence and transaction processes.
• Proficiency in finance with strong knowledge of investment banking and accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Comfortable with direct exposure to senior bankers and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience using AI (plus).
