The Executive Vice President of Operations is a full-time remote role focused on overseeing daily operations and driving efficiency across business processes. The role supports strategic execution, operational leadership, and customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

• Oversee daily operations across the business.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans.
• Manage budgets and support Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
• Ensure efficiency and continuous improvement across business processes.
• Lead operational teams and manage performance.
• Optimize resources to improve operational outcomes.
• Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Profit & Loss (P&L) Management.
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management.
• Ability to lead and enhance Customer Service operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in media conversion services or similar industries (preferred).
