Mirigos is a high-performing engineering team builder for U.S. tech companies. This Revenue Systems Builder role focuses on designing and operating an AI-powered outbound machine that generates qualified executive conversations with decision-makers.

• Build a signal-driven outbound system that identifies, prioritizes, reaches, and engages qualified U.S. tech leaders
• Design and run your own lead-generation system using AI, automation, and intelligence
• Experiment with copy, channels, and sequences to optimize conversion rates
• Track and measure qualified meetings booked, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, and system reliability
• Create repeatable processes that generate consistent qualified executive conversations
• Use tools and automations creatively to open doors and unlock new channels
• Work directly with CEO on strategy and execution

• Resourceful and self-directed; figures things out before asking for help
• Strong analytical skills with ability to track and prove results
• Builder mindset with systems-level thinking
• Experience or comfort with tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Google Sheets, AI agents, ChatGPT
• Proven ability to learn fast and adapt to new tools
• Outcome-driven focus on results over activity or effort
• Resilience and ability to treat rejection as a step forward
• Curiosity and commitment to testing, tweaking, and continuous improvement
• Understanding of B2B growth, data, psychology, and storytelling
