  • Comfort learning tools quickly; exposure to Turvo (TMS), QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Excel/Sheets is beneficial.

Conditions

  • Remote role in the US; must be in Eastern or Central time zone.
  • Employment type: Full-time W-2 or part-time contractor (1099).
  • Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 annually for full-time, or $42–$55/hour for part-time (~20 hours/week).
  • Target start date: March/April 2026.
  • Decision-making authority within defined boundaries; escalation required for external commitments, above-threshold expenditures, sales/pricing changes, and strategic/partnership decisions.
