Interior Designer

Level99 Entertainment is a real-world gaming venue for adults with immersive challenge environments, plus a full-service bar, restaurant, and event spaces. The Interior Designer will create functional, visually compelling interiors across dining, gameplay, and support areas to bring Level99’s creative vision to life.

• Develop innovative, highly functional interior design concepts and studies to evaluate design alternatives aligned with the Level99 experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate interior design with artistic and technical experience elements.
• Create detailed plans and documentation including floorplans, layouts, takeoffs, and selections for materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and artwork while considering functionality, safety, and durability.
• Support production teams during fabrication and installation to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and select materials and decor that align with creative goals and budgets.
• Present concepts, mood boards, and visualizations to stakeholders; incorporate feedback and refine designs.
• Think strategically to align design choices with brand voice and concept essence; define design and success criteria to systematize the design process.

• Minimum 3 years of post-collegiate experience designing hospitality, retail, or restaurant projects.
• Minimum 1 year of experience overseeing restaurant or similar foodservice design with knowledge of health code requirements and restaurant infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, exhaust systems, kitchen equipment).
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar 3D visualization software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Portfolio submission required with application.

• Flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include days, nights, and weekends.
• Travel to new venues as needed.
