Clinical Trial Assistant

ICON plc is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to join its FSP team in Romania in a hybrid setup. The role supports the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring documentation quality and regulatory compliance to enable smooth trial execution and delivery of innovative treatments.

• Assist in coordinating and administering clinical trials in Romania while ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain, organize, and manage clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Support preparation of study materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Collaborate with local clinical operations teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth trial execution.
• Track and help report clinical trial metrics and milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Prior experience as a clinical trial assistant or a strong interest in clinical research.

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, local regulations, and guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Hybrid role based in Romania.
