Summary

A rapidly growing, high-impact organization seeks a Head of People Operations to shape and execute their people strategy. This senior leadership role partners with the executive team to drive organizational design, leadership development, and change management while overseeing a small People team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

What you'll do

Serve as strategic partner to executive team on organizational design and scaling; lead change management initiatives; align HR initiatives with business objectives; oversee and mentor People team; manage performance management systems; develop competitive compensation and benefits programs; foster inclusive and engaging work environment.

Requirements

8+ years progressive HR/People experience in high-growth tech or startup environments; proven ability to balance operational execution with strategic planning; experience advising senior executives; strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law; data-driven decision-making skills; excellent leadership and communication abilities; successful background check completion.
