Middle Business Analyst

We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to define business and product needs, elicit requirements, and facilitate collaboration between business and development teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.

• Define business/product needs and goals
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Elicit business/user/system requirements
• Document, maintain, and prioritize requirements
• Create WBS and support estimation sessions
• Create and maintain backlog and releases in Jira
• Conduct refinements and facilitate collaboration between business and development teams
• Support quality assurance at every stage of project development
• Capture, validate, and evaluate change requests
• Validate UX design and conduct UAT
• Contribute to the development of internal processes

• 2-3 years of proven experience in business analysis in software development
• Fluent in written and spoken English (strong B2 and higher)
• Experience with both web and mobile development and platform-specific nuances
• Strong stakeholder management skills: expectation setting and relationship building
• Proven experience in requirements management and Agile environments
• Ability to break down complex scope into manageable components
• Deep experience in Confluence and Jira/Trello
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent visualization capabilities and proficiency in diagramming/visualization tools (FigJam, Draw.io, etc.)
• Plus: Experience creating product and operational documentation
