Product Architect SaaS Systems, Access Logic, No-Code Platform

Blackbell Inc deploys white-label resident apps and service marketplaces for large residential buildings. As a Product Architect for SaaS Systems, you will translate operational reality into clean, working systems by building complete digital systems from discovery to live launch in 5 focused work days.

This is an ownership role working directly with the founder at the intersection of product, operations, and SaaS logic.

Discovery:

• Join Zoom calls with property managers and operators
• Absorb branding decks, compliance PDFs, amenity rules, and internal processes
• Clarify contradictions and extract structure from ambiguity

Architecture:

• Define resident types and permission layers
• Structure CRM logic and segmentation
• Map booking flows and pricing rules
• Design routing logic for staff
• Identify edge cases before they break

Implementation:

• Build everything inside the no-code SaaS platform
• Create pages, booking forms, subscriptions, and automations
• Upload assets, embed PDFs, and link everything properly
• Test as different user types
• Generate and refine clear content for pages, FAQs, and onboarding flows

Launch:

• Present the finished system to the client
• Adjust fast and ensure operational clarity
• Move to the next building deployment

• Experience implementing complex SaaS tools end-to-end
• Strong understanding of role-based systems and operational workflows
• Comfortable leading structured client conversations
• Ability to move fast without losing structure
• Experience building systems from zero
• Very comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI models daily to analyze PDFs, extract rules, analyze calls, and clarify logic
• Bonus: Energy from turning chaos into order

Schedule & Location: Project-based with maximum 4-week timeline per deployment, 5 focused work days per project. Location not specified.

Work Environment: Direct collaboration with founder, rapid iteration, ownership-oriented role, exposure to all layers of SaaS systems including product architecture, payments, subscriptions, CRM, automation, marketplace logic, and operations.
