Talent Acquisition Partner

Legends Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across a dedicated portion of the organization while supporting broader talent needs. The role focuses on building strong pipelines, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and partnering closely with leaders to hire high-impact talent.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open roles across an assigned part of the organization and flex across teams as needed
• Build and maintain talent pipelines that improve quality of hires and support diverse candidate slates
• Proactively source, screen, interview, evaluate, and advocate for top candidates
• Use creative sourcing strategies for both external and internal candidates (e.g., job boards, social platforms, recruiting tools)
• Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices
• Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring leaders, manage expectations, and provide consistent process updates

• 2-4 years of corporate recruiting or agency recruiting experience
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Experience with Workday (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring partners
• Comfort using data to guide decisions and communicate recruiting outcomes
• Experience with third-party job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools (preferred)
• Experience recruiting in sports or entertainment (preferred)

• Location: Remote/Hybrid (in-office days may be required if near a corporate office)
• May occasionally work extended hours to support partners across different time zones
