Regional Director- West Coast

Summary

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating innovative underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. The Regional Director leads a multi-market region on the West Coast, driving strategic direction and operational excellence across stores. This senior field leadership role reports to the SVP of Retail and shapes how SKIMS operates at scale.

What you'll do

Lead and inspire a portfolio of stores through field presence and hands-on coaching; own regional business performance and KPIs including sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, and customer experience; analyze performance data and translate insights into action plans; set expectations and hold Store Leaders accountable; build and develop high-performing Store Leadership teams through talent identification and succession planning; drive customer-obsessed culture through selling behaviors and service standards; ensure operational standards in inventory, visual presentation, staffing, and store readiness; partner cross-functionally with HQ and Retail Leadership Team.

Requirements

7-10+ years of multi-unit leadership in premium or specialty retail; proven track record building and retaining Store Leaders; experience supporting new store openings and regional expansion; deep retail industry understanding; strong business acumen and data analysis skills; exceptional communication and accountability; strong learning agility and adaptability; ability to build trust across cross-functional partners; hands-on field presence with real-time coaching capability.
