Logistics and Operations Manager
Summary

The Logistics and Operations Manager will act as the operational linchpin, owning day-to-day 3PL fulfillment performance and inventory accuracy across eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and major department store partnerships to support scaling the business.
What you'll do
Serve as the daily point of contact for the 3PL provider (Bergen), ensuring accountability and high performance.
Monitor and audit SLAs across eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and major retailer channels (including Dillard’s).
Troubleshoot fulfillment issues (mis-picks, delays, missed ASN compliance) and ensure retailer routing requirements are met.
Review 3PL invoices for accuracy and approve monthly billing.
Manage catalog uploads and item setup in SPS Commerce Assortment to maintain accurate wholesale/retailer compliance data.
Maintain and reconcile inventory across 3PL portal, Shopify, wholesale platforms (Faire, New Order), and ReDo Returns.
Own inventory audits including cycle counts, variance reporting, and root-cause resolution of discrepancies.
Partner with design, production, and retail teams for accurate SKU-level tracking and smooth seasonal launch inventory flow.
Coordinate shipping supplies and inventory movements to prevent fulfillment downtime.
Act as liaison with freight forwarders and customs brokers to support international shipment entry.
Identify and execute process improvements related to 3PL transitions, chargeback reduction, and returns automation.
Provide monthly SLA performance summaries and escalation trend reporting to leadership.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in logistics, inventory, or operations within the apparel space.
Expertise with Shopify and 3PL portals.
Preferred experience with Faire, ReDo, and department store routing guides.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to identifying and resolving inventory inconsistencies.
Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Clear, action-oriented communication and strong follow-through to ensure completion.
Ability to travel to the 3PL in Kennesaw, GA as needed for oversight and troubleshooting.
Conditions

Hybrid based in the Atlanta, GA area.
