Slot Game Logic Developer

UnionFlame is seeking a Slot Game Logic Developer to build and optimize core slot game logic, focusing on probabilities, RTP behavior, and simulation models at the intersection of game mechanics, mathematics, and clean code.

• Implement core slot game logic
• Run and optimize RTP simulations
• Write clean and readable code that is easy to maintain
• Research and experiment with new approaches and mechanics used in modern slot games

Required:

• Strong Python experience
• Experience with game development or game mechanics
• Ability to write clean, well-structured, maintainable code
• English sufficient for written communication (tasks, comments) and reading technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience specifically with slot games
• Strong background in mathematics: probability theory, statistics, expected value (EV)
• Understanding of iGaming mechanics and metrics: RTP, volatility, hit rate, max win probability, payout distribution
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulations, large-scale sampling, and optimization techniques
