Executive Assistant
Summary
WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors in its communities and is expanding its operations. The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative coordination and logistics support for senior leaders, including the CPO and EVP of Corporate Strategy & Services, to enable effective communication and execution across stakeholders.
What you'll do
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team.
Draft written communications as requested.
Handle travel arrangements and expense processing.
Coordinate executive schedules and meeting logistics.
Take, distribute, and maintain meeting minutes.
Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site tours and events.
Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of leadership (e.g., vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, quality improvement contacts).
Greet and interact with community partners and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Follow policies and procedures and participate in required quality improvement activities, trainings, and meetings.
Requirements
Associate degree, or two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience; high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint preferred.
Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Willingness and ability to travel at least once per quarter.
Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, able to execute in a fast-changing environment, make sound decisions in emergencies, and deliver strong customer service.

Compensation listed as $82,074–$108,337 per year plus bonus (monthly equivalent calculated separately).
