Summary

WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors in its communities and is expanding its operations. The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative coordination and logistics support for senior leaders, including the CPO and EVP of Corporate Strategy & Services, to enable effective communication and execution across stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team.

  • Draft written communications as requested.

  • Handle travel arrangements and expense processing.

  • Coordinate executive schedules and meeting logistics.

  • Take, distribute, and maintain meeting minutes.

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site tours and events.

  • Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of leadership (e.g., vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, quality improvement contacts).

  • Greet and interact with community partners and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.

  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.

  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

  • Follow policies and procedures and participate in required quality improvement activities, trainings, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, or two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.

  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience; high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint preferred.

  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

  • Willingness and ability to travel at least once per quarter.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, able to execute in a fast-changing environment, make sound decisions in emergencies, and deliver strong customer service.

  • Travel required at least once per quarter.

  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; 17 days PTO; 12 holidays; 6 sick days; 401(k) with match; and additional benefits.

  • Compensation listed as $82,074–$108,337 per year plus bonus (monthly equivalent calculated separately).
