Investment Banking and Capital Markets - Equity Capital Markets, Analyst

Deutsche Bank is hiring an Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Analyst Originator within its Investment Banking and Capital Markets group. The role supports origination and execution of bespoke equity transactions (e.g., IPOs, follow-ons, block sales) for corporate and financial institution clients. The purpose is to deliver financial analysis and transaction recommendations while coordinating execution with internal and external deal partners.

• Support origination efforts, evaluate new opportunities, and help execute equity capital markets deals for corporate clients.

• Partner with internal teams to create client deliverables and respond to ad-hoc client requests.

• Prepare recommendations on transaction timing, size, structure, and investor targeting; communicate findings to the team.

• Create and deliver financial analysis for a targeted universe of clients and prospects.

• Monitor market and sector trends to ensure client materials reflect current conditions.

• Coordinate and execute information flow with industry and product groups.

• Work with internal constituents, lawyers, and other investment banks during deal execution.

• Identify execution issues, gaps, and process improvements through proactive communication.

• Ensure adherence to bank policies and guidelines to mitigate risk appropriately.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail and client focus.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
