Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent supports commercial construction execution by coordinating site operations, safety, subcontractors, and inspections to deliver quality projects on schedule and within budget.

• Oversee, strategize, coordinate, and manage resources and logistics for commercial construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and OSHA job-site requirements.
• Guide subcontractors to achieve project goals for quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience.
• Coordinate inspections required by permits and applicable authorities.
• Prepare daily and weekly project records and reports.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor safety meetings.
• Participate in weekly scheduling and coordination meetings.

• Passion for construction.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Craft Foreman.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercial construction experience preferred.
