Resource Manager Lead

TTC Group is hiring a Resource Manager Lead for a contract position supporting client resource planning and delivery needs. The role focuses on analyzing resource capacity and capability versus project demand, and providing management information to senior leadership and stakeholders. You will lead a small coordination team and partner across project, engineering, sales operations, and vendor management functions.

• Analyze client resource capacity and capability versus project demand and provide management information (MI) to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Manage a small team of coordinators to fulfill project resource requirements.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and Sales Operations teams to staff projects appropriately.

• Partner with Vendor Management to forecast and address upcoming and existing subcontracting needs.

• Provide guidance and governance on resource management processes, driving continuous improvement.

• Work with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to support medium- and long-term resourcing strategies.

• Maximize utilization of the PSA tool (FinancialForce).

• Experience in resource management, capacity planning, and/or project resourcing.

• Ability to produce and communicate management information (MI) for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• People management experience (leading a small team of coordinators).

• Cross-functional collaboration experience with project management, engineering management, and sales operations.

• Vendor management and subcontracting planning exposure.

• Process governance and continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience using a PSA system; FinancialForce preferred.

• Contract role.

• Remote: US Remote or Colombia.
