Digital Marketing Specialist (Intern)

HYS Enterprise is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist Intern to join their dynamic team working on Epicstaff, an open-source startup building AI agent creation platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing with mentorship from experienced professionals in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube)
• Research digital trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
• Participate in team brainstorms and idea development sessions

• Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices with familiarity of digital tools and social media platforms
• Knowledge of SMM strategies and influencer collaborations
• Interest in tech and AI marketing potential
• Understanding of business challenges with practical, mature approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing or relevant marketing courses
• Ability to follow digital trends and explore new tools and innovations

Schedule: Full-time internship, Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00

Format: Flexible - office-based or remote
