Senior DevOps Engineer

Summary

Fast-growing iGaming brand seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an international team. The role focuses on administering and optimizing Linux/Unix environments and cloud infrastructure to support hundreds of thousands of active players worldwide.

What you'll do

  • Administer and manage Linux/Unix environments and cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Design and implement containerized workloads using Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes
  • Automate deployment processes using tools like Ansible and Terraform
  • Manage and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and database clustering
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch
  • Configure logging infrastructure using ELK stack
  • Manage message broker systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab CI
  • Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, and Golang
  • Manage storage solutions and filesystems including NFS, RBD, Ceph, and RAID

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps administration in Linux/Unix environments
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems and Cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
  • Expertise with Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and automated deployment tools
  • Database administration experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and DB Clustering
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch
  • Experience with ELK stack logging solutions
  • Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP, L2/L3 layers
  • Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ
  • Robust CI/CD experience with Gitlab CI
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Golang
  • Storage and filesystem management experience (NFS, RBD, Ceph, ext*, xfs, RAID)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Git version control system administration experience
  • Intermediate English level minimum
