Summary
Paramount Global is a leading global media and entertainment company seeking a Second Assistant to a Corporate Executive. This role supports senior leadership by managing schedules, travel, meetings, and acting as a key communication hub to ensure organizational effectiveness. The position enables the executive to focus on strategic priorities through strong coordination and confidentiality.
What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and coordinate logistics for executive meetings.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to or delegate incoming communications (email, calls, mail).
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity; exercise sound judgment in communications.
- Ensure the executive’s office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations.
- Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions.
- Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives (ideally in large, complex organizations).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with diverse teams and external partners.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Preferred: proactive, solution-oriented mindset; adaptability; experience handling confidential/sensitive communications; strong work ethic.
