Summary
Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring an Executive Director in Training to develop future leaders within its Senior Living communities. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to operations, sales, and department management to prepare for senior community leadership.
What you'll do
Learn and support management of each department to ensure operations meet guidelines, budgets, and established standards.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
Assist with Human Resources and payroll functions, including new-hire paperwork and timecard adjustments.
Interact with residents and families to acknowledge concerns and help resolve business-office-related issues.
Partner with Sales to develop and review marketing plans, support sales goals, and track upcoming move-ins and move-outs.
Review accounts receivable and participate in collections efforts, including phone calls and correspondence to residents and responsible parties.
Gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of community operations and sales, including performing duties across different roles as needed.
Requirements
College degree required; bachelor’s preferred in Business Management, Leadership, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience required; 5 years preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency required; Excel knowledge preferred but not required.
Strong leadership, proven career progression, and team-building capability.
Servant-minded attitude with compassion and empathy; willingness to be hands-on across operations.
Desire to grow and learn.
Willingness to relocate within the state of Texas.
