Recruiter (mass recruitment - USA market)

Koscom Cable Inc. is an authorized contractor serving over 25 states, seeking a motivated Recruiter to join the HR Department. In this role, you will drive hiring efforts for cable technicians across the US market, building and managing a pipeline of qualified candidates with no prior experience necessary.

• Implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates for open positions
• Use multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Communicate with candidates, negotiate offers, and assist with completing paperwork for new hires
• Manage CRM system and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Generate reports for Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking and monitoring
• Collaborate with Recruitment Team Lead to understand hiring needs and ensure successful placement
• Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday
