24Play is a Ukrainian mobile game product company with over 100 million players worldwide, looking for a Recruiter to join their team of professionals committed to creativity, integrity, productivity, and quality.

• Actively participate in closing vacancies for Gamedev positions
• Source candidates across various platforms
• Review resumes and conduct interviews
• Build and maintain communication with candidates
• Manage the candidate database in a CRM system
• Work with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels

• Experience in recruiting specialists
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Passion for games
• Plus: Experience in recruiting and sourcing specialists in the Gamedev industry

Schedule: Full-time, 35-hour work week

Location: Office-based in Kyiv
