IT recruiter

Golden Ratio Exchange is seeking an IT Recruiter to join their fast-growing FinTech company. In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions, working closely with the CTO and development team to identify and attract highly skilled technical talent.

• Sourcing & Attraction: Write compelling technical job descriptions, post positions, and use headhunting and networking to find candidates
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial behavioral and technical interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants
• Candidate Management: Build and maintain talent databases (ATS) and keep candidates informed throughout the process
• Collaboration: Work with CTO and team members to understand specific technical requirements and company culture
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on tech trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and assess technical skills
• Negotiate job offers with selected candidates

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (more than 1 year)
• Strong understanding of IT roles (software development, cloud, cybersecurity)
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Fluent English

Schedule: Flexible hours in a remote-first role
Location: 100% remote with periodic all-expenses-paid team gatherings and a hub in Ticino, Switzerland
