Lead UX/UI Designer

Red Rocket Software is a digital product design and development company serving clients across Europe. We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer who combines strong design expertise with leadership capabilities to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality design work across diverse industry projects.

• Execute UX/UI projects from discovery through final delivery across various industries
• Collaborate with the existing Lead Designer to distribute tasks and support team members
• Review and provide constructive feedback to junior and middle-level designers
• Participate in client calls to gather requirements, present design solutions, and communicate project progress
• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure design implementation
• Interview UX/UI candidates and assess their design capabilities
• Support the onboarding process for new design team members
• Contribute to project estimation and resource planning based on project scope
• Maintain and improve internal documentation including Figma standards and best practices
• Identify process improvements and propose solutions for team efficiency

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or supporting junior and mid-level designers
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Strong UX methodology knowledge including user flows, product logic, and interface patterns
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English
• Understanding of technical constraints and ability to collaborate with developers
• Excellent organizational and information structuring skills
• English language proficiency B2+ level (written and spoken)
