Summary
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives on a contract basis. The role focuses on seamless calendar and travel management while ensuring priorities, communications, and operations stay organized and on track.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Coordinate complex travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas and ensure documents are organized and accessible
- Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and managing records
- Act as a main point of contact for executives, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with organizing events or conferences as needed
- Handle sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency with calendar management and scheduling tools
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities
