Business Analyst (Entry Level / Trainee / Associate)

DICEUS is seeking motivated entry-level candidates to begin careers in Business Analysis with hands-on experience in software delivery and product development. This role focuses on learning how digital products are built, transforming business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level software projects in the insurance domain.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Write user stories, specifications, and functional documentation
• Work with industry tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders on real projects
• Learn and apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
• Understand fundamentals of Business Analysis in software development

• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
