The Vice President of Supply Chain will build the supply chain roadmap and scale national distribution and operations under a unified, intelligent platform to support rapid deployment and growth.
What you'll do
- Lead the expansion of supply chain infrastructure into numerous cities across the United States
- Oversee the opening and operationalization of distribution centers nationwide
- Drive end-to-end automation and robotization of the supply chain
- Select, implement, and manage a unified software platform connecting all locations and supply chain operations
- Build and optimize logistics networks to support rapid, scalable growth
- Develop vendor and supplier relationships to ensure consistent product availability
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distribution center operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, and finance teams
- Present supply chain strategy and performance metrics to the executive team
- Architect and execute a supply chain built for speed, scale, and full automation while working directly with the CTO to connect distribution centers and operations under one unified platform
Requirements
- Kind heart
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution leadership
- Proven track record of scaling supply chain operations across multiple markets or regions
- Deep experience opening and managing distribution centers at scale
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation, robotics integration, and smart logistics systems
- Expertise in evaluating and implementing supply chain management software platforms
- Ability to build systems and teams from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability
- High comfort level working at the intersection of technology and operations
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and be present in the field
