Summary
Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a media and entertainment company spanning digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and new business initiatives. The Corporate Development & Strategy Principal will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to lead cross-functional initiatives, build new ventures, and shape strategic bets across the MrBeast ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple departments, including building new business lines and scaling infrastructure and revenue operations
- Own complex 0-to-1 projects: size markets, model financial scenarios, develop execution roadmaps, and launch pilots
- Translate successful pilots into scalable systems, processes, and programs that can be operationalized
- Support strategic partnerships and deal efforts, including structuring, negotiation, diligence, and post-deal integration
- Develop financial frameworks and ROI analyses for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate across content, product, operations, data, legal, and finance to turn strategy into execution
- Drive leadership alignment on scope, progress, and impact of high-priority projects
- Build and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and advisors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support key decisions
- Shape scalable operating models and strategic frameworks for partnerships, new ventures, and company-wide initiatives
- Leverage modern tools, including AI, to accelerate execution and automate workflows
- Track market dynamics across the creator economy, platforms, and the tech landscape to inform strategic bets
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or operating roles at high-growth companies
- At least 2 years in an internal/operator role
- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex, ambiguous projects from scoping through delivery
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong financial modeling ability; capable of synthesizing data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience structuring and managing partnerships or deals; media and/or technology exposure preferred
- Comfort operating at both strategic and detailed execution levels
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with evolving priorities
- Proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows, or demonstrated initiative to learn and apply them
- Curiosity about the creator economy, new business models, and the future of content, tech, and platforms
- Team-first mindset, strong judgment, and focus on high-leverage work
