Clinical Trial Assistant

ICON plc is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to join its FSP team in Romania (hybrid). The role supports the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliant documentation and smooth operational execution to advance clinical development.

• Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials in Romania, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Support preparation of study materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Collaborate with local clinical operations teams to facilitate communication and enable smooth trial execution.
• Track and report clinical trial metrics and milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience as a clinical trial assistant or a strong interest in clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, local regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
