Senior Full Stack Engineer (React+Node.js)

Adaptiq is a technology hub specializing in building and scaling R&D teams for high-growth product companies. This Senior Full Stack Engineer role involves developing a security-aware Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform that helps enterprises monitor and optimize digital experiences across employee devices. You'll work on challenging engineering problems including distributed systems scaling and micro frontend architecture design.

• Contribute as a senior member of the full-stack engineering team
• Develop and enhance both frontend and backend components
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and implementation of modern design patterns
• Work with cloud services and scalable data technologies
• Improve productivity and code quality using AI-assisted development tools

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using JavaScript
• 3+ years with React (single-page apps, modern frontend paradigms)
• 2+ years building microservice-based applications using Node.js
• Proficiency in ECMAScript, HTML5, SCSS, Babel, Webpack
• Strong knowledge of OOP and design patterns
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture and module federation
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable)
• Proven experience building shared/common packages
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
• Nice to have: Knowledge of .NET, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
