Project Coordinator

Jobgether is hiring a Project Coordinator on behalf of a partner company in a fast-growing SaaS environment in the United States. The role coordinates multiple software implementation projects, serving as the primary customer point of contact to ensure on-time delivery and successful go-live.

• Coordinate multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Track project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines using project management tools.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product specialists, implementation consultants) to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project records, status reports, and professional services hour tracking.
• Support project meetings, scoping discussions, and follow-up activities, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and coordination.

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience in SaaS, software, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with clients and remote teams.
• Proficiency with project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones.
• Preferred: experience with software implementations, cloud-based platforms, and/or exposure to the printing industry or Print MIS software.

• Fully remote role within the United States.
• Competitive base salary range: $60,000–$70,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
