Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company for a Senior Vice President, Corporate Programs in the United States. This executive role leads and scales corporate programs that drive measurable global social impact by shaping strategy, overseeing execution, and growing corporate partnerships and revenue.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate programs aligned with market trends and social impact goals
- Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable outcomes and high-quality delivery
- Oversee operational structures, resources, and systems to drive efficiency, scalability, and participant engagement
- Represent the organization externally and build strategic partnerships with corporate stakeholders and industry leaders
- Own corporate revenue strategy including pipeline development, conversion, and long-term partnership growth
- Support executive-level sales efforts and negotiations for high-value partnership agreements
- Set product and portfolio strategy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize program investments
- Manage budgets and financial performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior program leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and finance teams to enable successful program execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate programs, or employee engagement initiatives
- Proven track record leading and scaling programs that deliver measurable social impact and business value
- Expertise in end-to-end program lifecycle management (strategy, planning, execution, evaluation)
- Experience in corporate partnership development, consulting, or revenue-generating environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience aligning programs to market needs
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and operational oversight
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and program management platforms
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including possible international engagements
