Frontend Developer (Next.js/React)

Stafnear is seeking a proactive Frontend Developer to build and ship new features for a mental health web product targeting the US market. You'll join a small team where your engineering input matters, helping shape solutions rather than just executing tickets.

• Develop new product features end-to-end in a modern React/Next.js codebase
• Integrate third-party services including APIs, authentication, analytics, and payments
• Improve UI quality, performance, and reliability as the product grows

• 3+ years of experience building web applications
• Strong hands-on skills with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Experience integrating external/third-party services
• B2+ English proficiency for daily communication
• Nice to have: Firebase, Cypress or testing frameworks, Material UI, CI/CD experience
