Business Analyst

Sysgears is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team and contribute to delivering web and mobile projects efficiently. The role involves collaborating with developers, designers, and QAs while working with high-skilled international teams to analyze requirements and drive product solutions.

• Collaborating with developers, designers, and QAs to deliver projects efficiently
• Communicating with stakeholders to identify their needs and clarify requirements
• Analyzing, validating, grooming, and documenting requirements for web and mobile projects
• Visualizing business processes and preparing data models for software projects
• Advising stakeholders on common practices and possible product solutions
• Performing competitor and market analysis to assist in developing product ideas
• Communicating project vision and coordinating development with engineering teams
• Managing development workflow by applying Agile methodologies

• 0.5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools
• Proficiency in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements
• Experience drafting functional, business, and system requirement specifications
• Experience working with stakeholders and requirements elicitation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
• Plus: Knowledge of BPMN and UML, Business Intelligence systems experience, UI wireframe creation, project/product management basics, task tracking systems (Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana), technical background in QA or software development, relational or NoSQL DBMS knowledge
