Summary
Sysgears is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team and contribute to delivering web and mobile projects efficiently. The role involves collaborating with developers, designers, and QAs while working with high-skilled international teams to analyze requirements and drive product solutions.
What you'll do
- Collaborating with developers, designers, and QAs to deliver projects efficiently
- Communicating with stakeholders to identify their needs and clarify requirements
- Analyzing, validating, grooming, and documenting requirements for web and mobile projects
- Visualizing business processes and preparing data models for software projects
- Advising stakeholders on common practices and possible product solutions
- Performing competitor and market analysis to assist in developing product ideas
- Communicating project vision and coordinating development with engineering teams
- Managing development workflow by applying Agile methodologies
Requirements
- 0.5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools
- Proficiency in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements
- Experience drafting functional, business, and system requirement specifications
- Experience working with stakeholders and requirements elicitation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- Plus: Knowledge of BPMN and UML, Business Intelligence systems experience, UI wireframe creation, project/product management basics, task tracking systems (Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana), technical background in QA or software development, relational or NoSQL DBMS knowledge
