Private Equity Associate

Great Value Hiring is seeking a Private Equity Associate to support AI training initiatives in a finance context. The role focuses on building and reviewing financial models and translating research and due diligence into high-quality AI datasets and learning modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to convert complex finance concepts into actionable training data for AI-powered private equity solutions.

• Develop and review financial models to support AI training initiatives, ensuring accuracy and industry relevance
• Translate market research and due diligence into AI datasets and learning modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate finance concepts into actionable AI training data
• Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AI-powered private equity solutions

• At least 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking
• Strong track record in financial modeling
• Expertise in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong clarity and attention to detail
• Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience working with or training AI/ML systems in a finance context
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Exposure to AI initiatives in private equity or investment banking environments

• Compensation: $100–$200 per hour
