Programs and Business Operations Lead
Summary
Airbnb is building a new central capability within Global Markets Business Operations to orchestrate demand levers across 14 managed countries. The Programs and Business Operations Lead will partner with growth marketing, marketing, finance, and product to build and run scalable programs that accelerate local growth and improve country performance.
What you'll do
Build and orchestrate demand levers operations for Global Markets teams across 14 countries.
Develop and operate new local growth levers (e.g., guest incentives, host-funded promotion, merchandising, engagement CRM, local partnerships) by piloting and scaling initiatives with central and local teams.
Partner with central marketing operations and creative teams to support local implementation, measurement, and scaling of the 2026 local marketing approach.
Track implementation and impact of the current playbook of levers and report results.
Identify country-specific opportunities (e.g., Brazil, France) and create plans to adapt or develop levers.
Translate central growth marketing, marketing, and product plans into actionable local-country paths for building levers.
Monitor business performance by country and track progress against country plans and Global Markets OKRs.
Support development of annual country plans and central Global Markets strategy, including executive presentations.
Requirements
12+ years of experience scaling business through demand, business operations, and supply.
Expertise in operations and marketing channels/implementation, with understanding of supply dynamics.
Ability to prioritize quickly and execute deeply on new initiatives.
Strong analytical capability from running analysis through proposing an implementation path.
Leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Conditions
US remote-eligible role with occasional work at an Airbnb office or offsites as agreed with the manager.
Must live in a US state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (some states excluded; list may change).
Minimum 3 days at the office.
Compensation includes base pay range plus potential bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
