Junior Project Manager
Summary

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of AI and Modern Work consulting engagements by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.
What you'll do
Support day-to-day coordination of project activities across multiple consulting engagements.
Maintain project plans, status reports, budget reports, and risk logs to monitor progress against timelines and milestones.
Assist with tracking project budgets, resource allocations, and resource utilization across projects.
Support communications with internal teams and clients, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and workshops.
Assist with internal operational processes and help improve project management templates and tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
1 year of professional or internship experience supporting project coordination or operational activities (e.g., maintaining documentation, tracking tasks, supporting delivery activities).
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
Legally authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Preferred: understanding of project delivery frameworks or software development lifecycles.
Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
Preferred: basic exposure to Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, or other Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
Preferred: experience in technology, consulting, or cross-functional project environments.
Conditions
Full-time position.
Base compensation stated as $80,000 per year plus benefits (regional variances may apply).
