Summary
Hantix is seeking a UAC Mediabuyer to lead media buying operations. The role involves building and managing a team, running campaigns, and establishing profitability within the first 3 months.
What you'll do
- Build team structure and manage media buyers
- Run own campaigns to demonstrate level and set standards
- Conduct market, offer, and GEO analysis for launch
- Create roadmap for first 3 months
- Participate in team hiring
- Achieve profitability during probation period (3 months)
- Analyze and scale performing funnels and campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UAC, PPC, SEO, ASO, or In-App
- Senior-level understanding of traffic source
- Hands-on experience running campaigns independently (Middle+/Senior level)
- Experience analyzing and scaling performing funnels/campaigns
- Understanding of performance and affiliate market
- Experience mentoring or managing media buyers (strong plus)
Conditions
Probation period: 3 months with profitability targets.
