Summary
Grid Dynamics is seeking a Technical Product Manager/Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business-facing product managers and engineering teams. This role translates business requirements into technical specifications and leverages Claude AI agents to accelerate development workflows.
What you'll do
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Work closely with Claude AI agents to accelerate development workflows
- Create and manage Jira stories with sufficient technical context
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX)
- Help implement AI-driven automation across the product development lifecycle
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 3+ years experience in technical product management or business analysis
- Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude or similar LLM platforms
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience with Jira and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience building or working with AI agents
- Knowledge of modern software architecture (microservices, API-first design)
- Background in technical writing or documentation
