Supply Chain Manager

Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company for a Supply Chain Manager in the United States. The role manages global supplier relationships and end-to-end supply chain operations to support critical medical production and ensure reliable product delivery.

You will balance tactical execution with strategic planning to optimize cost, mitigate risk, and maintain business continuity while collaborating across functions and time zones.

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned set of global suppliers and drive achievement of supplier performance targets.
• Organize and lead business reviews, issue management, and cross-functional stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and lead improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage forecasting, planning, purchasing, inventory, and RFP processes to support new product introductions and alternative vendor selections.
• Collaborate with manufacturing development, quality, and customer care teams to align capacity plans and meet customer requirements.
• Implement risk mitigation and business continuity plans, propose solutions, and secure internal support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and internal process requirements (QMS, SOX).

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in supplier management, supply chain, planning, or inventory management.

• Strong understanding of finance, operations, inventory management, supply chain, quality, and administration processes.

• Proven problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience delivering project presentations to executive-level management.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and ERP systems (preferably Oracle).

• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work across different time zones with flexible schedules.

• Location: United States; remote work flexibility for U.S.-based employees.

• Compensation: Competitive base salary range of $124,000–$156,000 annually, plus total compensation considerations.
