Junior Recruiter

UkrVipService is seeking a Junior Recruiter to help identify and attract top talent for non-tech positions across Europe, USA, and LATAM. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to develop recruitment expertise while supporting the company's growth through effective talent sourcing and candidate management.

• Source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social media
• Conduct screening and interviews with prospective candidates
• Maintain recruitment reports and provide updates on open positions
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and define recruitment needs
• Provide weekly updates on open positions and recruitment progress
• Build and maintain a candidate pool for future roles

• Some experience in recruitment and sourcing or completion of professional recruitment courses
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with conversational abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
• High initiative, energy, and drive to achieve results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of responsibility and accountability

Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available; working schedule is negotiable
