Finance Ops Specialist

AVELaunch is a platform for scaling expertise and intellectual products working with entrepreneurs, coaches, and thought leaders. We seek a Finance Ops Specialist to organize financial flows, ensure transparency, and support data-driven decision-making for company founders. This role bridges operational finance, analytics, and strategic planning.

• Budget and cash flow planning with control of money movements
• Maintain management accounting using Google Sheets and Excel
• Prepare P&L statements and analyze revenues, costs, and project profitability
• Coordinate FOP (sole proprietor) accounting in Ukraine including taxes, reporting, and payments
• Build and improve company financial processes
• Collaborate with accountants and consultants in EU countries
• Process payments via Revolut, Wise, Payoneer, SEPA, and SWIFT
• Prepare, control invoices, acts, contracts, and maintain document archive

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Management
• 4+ years experience in finance/accounting roles in SMEs (10+ employees)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and financial models
• Understanding of FOP accounting (Group 3) and UA/EU tax systems
• Experience with Revolut, Wise, Payoneer, Stripe, SEPA, SWIFT
• Experience with Taxer, Vchasno, and CRM systems
• Ukrainian language fluent, English B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
• Attention to detail, systematic approach, and strategic thinking
• Self-organized, responsible, solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn new tools and approaches

• Work format: Full-time, fully remote
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible hours
